Booking & Cancellation Policy

Reiki & Wellness Services Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Stelia Wellness, each session is intentionally reserved to provide dedicated time, care, and energetic support for every client. The following policies help ensure a respectful and seamless experience for all bookings.

Booking Policy

All wellness sessions must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking channels.

Services may include:

  • Distance Reiki Sessions

  • Chakra Balancing

  • Energy Healing

  • Intuitive Wellness Sessions

  • Spiritual Guidance Sessions

Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

By scheduling a session, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

Payments

Payments are securely processed through approved third-party providers such as:

  • Wix Payments

  • Square

  • PayPal

Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

 

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule an appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time.

Rescheduling requests made within less than 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment at our discretion.

We understand emergencies may arise and will always do our best to accommodate reasonable circumstances where possible.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations made:

  • More than 48 hours before the appointment may qualify for rescheduling or account credit

  • Within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable

  • Within 24 hours or no-shows may result in full forfeiture of payment

Because appointments reserve dedicated time and energetic preparation, missed appointments cannot always be rebooked without charge.

 

Late Arrivals

For virtual sessions, clients are expected to attend promptly at the scheduled time.

If you are late:

  • Session time may be shortened to avoid impacting other bookings

  • Full session fees will still apply

If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

 

Virtual Session Requirements

All sessions are currently offered remotely unless otherwise stated.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information

  • Ensuring a quiet and private space where possible

  • Maintaining a stable internet or phone connection

Technical interruptions beyond our control may require rescheduling depending on the situation.

 

Wellness Disclaimer

Reiki and energy healing services are intended for relaxation, energetic support, and personal wellness purposes only.

Services provided by Stelia Wellness:

  • Do not diagnose medical conditions

  • Are not medical treatment

  • Are not a substitute for licensed healthcare or mental health support

Individual experiences and outcomes may vary.

 

Respectful Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in situations involving:

  • Harassment

  • Inappropriate behavior

  • Repeated policy violations

  • Unsafe or disrespectful conduct

Travel Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Stelia Wellness, we are committed to creating seamless and intentional travel experiences. The following policies outline the terms related to travel inquiries, planning services, bookings, payments, and cancellations.

Travel services are provided in association with:
Luv to Travel / TravelSavers Canada (TICO Registered)

Travel Planning Services

Travel services may include:

  • Vacation planning

  • Group travel coordination

  • Wellness travel experiences

  • Resort and package bookings

  • Custom itinerary support

  • Supplier research and recommendations

Travel quotes are subject to availability and supplier pricing at the time of booking.

Pricing, promotions, and inventory may change without notice until a reservation is confirmed and deposited.

 

Deposits & Payments

Certain bookings may require:

  • Non-refundable deposits

  • Planning or consultation fees

  • Full payment at time of booking

Payment schedules vary depending on the supplier, destination, and travel dates.

Failure to submit payment by supplier deadlines may result in:

  • Cancellation of reservation

  • Loss of deposit

  • Supplier penalties or fees

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming:

  • Passenger names exactly as shown on government ID/passports

  • Travel dates

  • Destination details

  • Room selections

  • Flight information

  • Booking confirmations

Clients are also responsible for:

  • Valid passports and travel documentation

  • Entry requirements

  • Vaccination or destination requirements where applicable

Stelia Wellness is not responsible for costs arising from incorrect information submitted by the client.

 

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings.

Coverage may include:

  • Trip cancellation/interruption

  • Emergency medical

  • Baggage protection

  • Flight delays

  • Supplier default coverage

Clients declining insurance acknowledge responsibility for any financial losses related to cancellations, interruptions, or travel disruptions.

 

Cancellations & Changes

All travel bookings are subject to the cancellation and change policies of the applicable supplier, which may include:

  • Airlines

  • Resorts

  • Tour operators

  • Cruise lines

  • Insurance providers

Cancellation penalties may increase closer to departure and may result in complete loss of funds.

Any planning fees or consultation fees paid directly to Stelia Wellness are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

Supplier & Travel Disruptions

Stelia Wellness acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers.

We are not liable for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Supplier schedule changes

  • Resort operational changes

  • Weather events

  • Pandemics or government restrictions

  • Lost baggage

  • Travel interruptions outside our control

Responsibility for travel services ultimately rests with the supplier providing those services.

Communication & Documentation

Travel documents may be delivered electronically through email or supplier portals.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documentation upon receipt and notifying us immediately of any discrepancies.

 

Group Bookings

Group reservations may be subject to:

  • Separate contracts

  • Supplier group terms

  • Additional deposits

  • Stricter cancellation timelines

Group organizers may be financially responsible for cancellations or unused reserved space depending on supplier agreements.

 

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

To protect both clients and suppliers, identity verification or payment verification measures may be requested for certain bookings.

Initiating unauthorized chargebacks for legitimate travel services or supplier charges may result in cancellation of services and collection actions where permitted by law.
