By accessing this website, booking a service, submitting an inquiry form, or purchasing a product or travel-related service, you agree to the following Terms of Service.   Please read them carefully before using this website.

1. General Overview

This website is operated by Stelia Wellness in Ontario, Canada.   Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Stelia Wellness.  By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.  We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Wellness Services

Stelia Wellness offers holistic wellness services including, but not limited to:

       Distance Reiki Sessions | Energy Healing |  Chakra Balancing | Intuitive Guidance & Readings | Spiritual Wellness Support

All wellness services are intended for relaxation, energetic support, personal insight, and spiritual wellness purposes only.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition and are not substitutes for licensed medical or mental health care.   By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

  • Participation is voluntary

  • Results may vary by individual

  • You remain fully responsible for your own health, decisions, and wellbeing

All wellness sessions are currently offered remotely unless otherwise specified.

 

3. Travel Services

Stelia Wellness also offers travel planning, consultation, and booking support services.  Travel services are provided in association with:
Luv to Travel Inc. / TravelSavers Canada  (TICO Registered).  Travel quotes, pricing, availability, supplier terms, and promotions are subject to change without notice until officially booked and deposited.

 

By submitting a travel inquiry or confirming a booking, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Supplier terms and conditions apply

  • Cancellation penalties may apply

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended

  • Valid travel documentation is your responsibility

  • Final pricing may fluctuate due to supplier or currency changes

 

Stelia Wellness acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and travel suppliers.  We are not responsible for:

  • Supplier schedule changes

  • Resort or airline operational changes

  • Delays, cancellations, or interruptions

  • Lost baggage

  • Acts of God, weather events, pandemics, or travel disruptions beyond our control

 

4. Booking Fees & Payments

Certain wellness or travel services may require:

  • Non-refundable planning fees

  • Deposits

  • Full payment at time of booking

 

All pricing is listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.  Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers such as:

  • Wix Payments

  • Square

  • PayPal

  • Supplier payment portals

 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse services if payment authorization cannot be verified.

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Wellness Services

Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeiture of payment.  Specific cancellation timelines may be outlined at the time of booking.

Travel Services

Travel bookings are subject to supplier cancellation policies, which may include non-refundable deposits and penalties.

Any planning or consultation fees paid directly to Stelia Wellness are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

6. Digital Forms & Client Information

By submitting forms through this website, you consent to providing accurate information for the purpose of:

  • Wellness bookings

  • Travel inquiries

  • Quote preparation

  • Client communication

Information submitted through forms may be securely stored and used to fulfill requested services.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Photos

  • Service descriptions

  • Digital materials

…are the property of Stelia Wellness and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

By using this website and its services, you agree that Stelia Wellness shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of this website

  • Wellness sessions

  • Travel bookings

  • Supplier-related issues

  • Reliance on informational content

All services and information are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from the use of this website or services shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
