Return & Refund Policy

At Stelia Wellness, every product is selected and prepared with care and intention. Due to the personal nature of many of our wellness offerings, we maintain specific return guidelines to ensure product quality, hygiene, and energetic integrity for all clients.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible tangible products within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unused and unopened
In original packaging
In the same condition received
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and wellness-related reasons, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Opened or used crystals, stones, or wellness tools
Reiki-infused or energetically prepared items
Aromatherapy products
Digital products or downloadable content
Gift cards
Customized or personalized items
Wellness or travel-related service fees, consultation fees, or planning fees

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved by Stelia Wellness.

Local drop-off arrangements may be available where applicable.

Wellness & Energetic Care

Many of our offerings are prepared with intentional wellness practices prior to shipment. To maintain the integrity and quality of these items for all clients, eligible returned products must remain unused and unopened.

Travel Services

Travel bookings, supplier reservations, deposits, and planning fees are subject to the terms and cancellation policies of the applicable travel supplier. Travel-related deposits, planning fees, and service fees paid to Stelia Wellness may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients are encouraged to review all supplier terms and obtain travel insurance where appropriate.
