My Story
Hello, I’m Stefanie — the founder of Stelia Wellness, Reiki Master, intuitive energy practitioner, and a lifelong believer in the power of alignment, intention, and inner peace.

My journey into energy work began as a search for balance — a desire to quiet the noise of everyday life and reconnect to something deeper. What started as personal healing quickly became a calling to help others rediscover their own strength, clarity, and sense of self.

Through Reiki, intuitive guidance, and chakra healing, I support women in releasing energetic blocks, finding emotional clarity, and coming back home to themselves. Each session is a gentle, grounded experience designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re seeking peace, direction, or renewal.

Over the years, my path has also come full circle through my return to travel — a space where I’ve spent over a decade helping clients create meaningful, memorable experiences. Today, I blend wellness and travel to curate intentional escapes that allow you to rest, reset, and realign.
Whether it’s a luxury beach getaway, a soul-nourishing retreat, or simply time away to breathe, travel becomes an extension of your healing journey.
