Processing Times
Orders are processed in 2–4 business days, with each item prepared with care and intention.
Shipping Within Canada
Shipping is currently not offered - however, we can make exceptions. Please email us if you prefer to have your items shipped and we can quote a price depending on the size of your order. Shipping costs will be at buyer's expense.
Local Pickup is available in Vaughan, ON by appointment only.
Returns and Exchanges
At Stelia Wellness, every item is chosen and prepared with care, intention, and positive energy. Because our products are used for personal healing and spiritual purposes, we maintain specific guidelines for returns and exchanges to ensure energetic integrity and product safety.
We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unopened tangible products within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Due to the personal and energetic nature of our offerings, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging and shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of pickup with a photo and order details. We’ll happily replace or refund the affected item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility (otherwise, we can arrange for product drop off)
